The apartment lies near places such as: Benahavis, San Pedro the Alcantara, Puerto Banus and Marbella. The apartment is surrounded by several golf courses such as Atalaya Golf, Los Arqueros and Marbella Club Golf.
On a distance of approximately 10 minutes drive you have a small sociable white painted village of Benahavis well known by its good restaurants. On the distance lies San Pedro the Alcantara with beautiful long walks, a beach promenade and a lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Even the world famous harbour, Puerto Banus and Marbella lies on a stone throw distance. The airport of Malaga is approximately a 45 minutes drive.
On the park there are 2 outdoor swimming pools and 2 childrens swimming pools present. There is also an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a Turkish steam bath and a Jacuzzi. Also present is a tennis court.

The new apartment (2008) is tastefully arranged and has a terrace with a small garden. The Living is app. 36m2, the bedrooms are 13m2 each and the terrace is 37m2.
The kitchen is completely arranged with a microwave oven, furnace, laundry machine and dishwasher. The bedrooms have each their own bathroom. The apartment has cold and warm air-conditioning system.
From the terrace you can enjoy deliciously the sunset with a view overlooking the golf course.
