The complex lies just a minute walk to the sea and 10 minutes walk to San Pedro de Alcantara, offering all the shopping you could possibly need. A perfect location if you do not fancy the idea of driving. The development is perfectly located within walking distance of a variety of restaurants. The Community is gated and with security.

The famous harbour Puerto Banus lies on approximately 2 kilometres distance. Marbella lies on approximately 5 km distance.

This beautiful 3 bedroom apartment lies on the ground floor is very tastefully arranged and has a terrace with a small garden. The terrace is overlooking the communal swimming pool.

The Living is app. 40m2 with open fire place and two sofas, coffee table, satellite TV and dining table for six persons. The apartment is equipped with marble floors.

There are three bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi bath)

The kitchen is completely arranged with a freezer, fridge, oven, laundry machine, drier and dishwasher and there is also a separate utility room.

The apartment has cold and warm air-conditioning system and therefore it can be used the complete year.

As extra service the apartment will be cleaned ones a week. This is included in the price.

Towels and linen are provided.
